Week Thirty-Six: Halloween

Good evening. This week at the Tasker House, we will be taking you to the visceral, carnal beginnings of nature and religion. Fiery ceremonies of Pagan priests, the chirps of bats by light of the autumn moon, ghouls, goblins, and witches brew can only mean one thing; a sweet replica of a proton pack and some Mallow Cups on Halloween.

It’s a fun time of the year, a holiday for children and adults alike to celebrate everything from pentagrams to Peanut Chews. Here we have a ghastly couple by Seth Hippen, an award-winning artist and one of those sickeningly good Avalanche guys. This image touches on a good number of hallowed archetypes, and we hope to see many more from our bone-chilling contributors.

Tread lightly on the graves, spirit travelers, until we meet again next Tuesday.
