Week Twenty-One: United States of America - Johnny Zito

Enjoy America while it lasts.

It's my belief that the federal gov't is currently perusing policies to economically merge the United States, Mexico and Canada.

Immunity for 12 million illegal immigrants, a giant super highway connecting the three countries through the mid-west and a unified currency known as the Amero are all public policy lobbied for by The Security and Prosperity Partnership of North America.
The Security and Prosperity Partnership of North America, founded March 23, 2005 by the 3 executive leaders of Canada, Mexico and the United States, was launched in response to what some see as the evident necessity for the North American continent to take new steps to address the threat of terrorism and to enhance the security, competitiveness and quality of life of their countries' citizens.
This isn't a conspiracy. It's not even far fetched. America belongs to a dozen world governments already; NAFTA, NATO and the UN to name a few. People who aren't us who get to decide what we should do with our money.

Government has the best intentions, I'm sure, but they suck at their jobs and they always have. Socialism was a fad and gov't can't take care of you. It just thinks it can, otherwise it has nothing to do but schedule trash pick-ups and subsidize public beautification programs.

Which is all they should be allowed to do anyway.

They just built that highway to try to get the Mexicans to hightail it all the way to Canada instead of hanging around Southern California all the time.

This isn't crazy talk... I supported everything with a link to an accredited web site.

There are some people who think bigger government is better. It's not a conspiracy it's just their policy. They want to see these things happen because they believe it'll be good.

I just disagree with that. I think people have gotten very lazy in the last century. Al's cartoon is spot on. But the "someone" they want to step in has become gov't. But gov't is just a big slow bureaucracy. It'll never give you what you really need. Only you know what you really need.

Whenever you defer to gov't you're letting someone else make choices for you. This is the illusion of freedom that'll grow with the size and the scope of the gov't
