Week Eighteen: Money

This week's topic will be the ubiquitous idea of Money. Some feel it is necessary, others believe it to be a malevolent force. Whether it be an intangible number floating in a data store or some change in your purse, most people deal with it every day of their lives.

The image above is from the gallery of C.K. Wilde (this work co-authored by M.R. Wagner) whose medium of choice is the monetary collage. The story of Icarus, some would say, conveys the poor connotations associated with money, and it reminds us that hubris from false power will surely be repaid.

Send us your submission and stop by next Tuesday for the results.
