Week Two: Work - Michelle

From Michelle:
In this photograph, a friend and I decided to explore the idea of glamour and the melancholy upkeep of it all. It seems that many women in our society, no matter how much beauty, money, or possessions they may have; no matter how much effort they put forward, they always seem somber or unsatisfied. Statistics say that a morbid amount of women spend at LEAST 1/4 of their day looking at their refection. How hard must one work to stop working so desperately hard on their appearance?
